Returns and Refunds
Thanks for shopping with us, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Order cancelation request before the order has been fulfilled will result in a full immediate refund.
If your cancellation request was processed after your order has been fulfilled, you will still be able to ship the product back for a refund according to the below listed guidelines.
Returns & Refunds:
Returns are accepted for ANY VALID reason, within 30 days from the original order delivery date.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- Your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition you have received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging without any missing components.
- You must email us within 30 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the UNUSED received items and intact packaging.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded, additional $10 will be deducted from the refund for orders that were shipped via free economy shipping.
- Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately and send an email confirmation to you. Please allow 48 business hours for inspection of your return and 5-7 business days for the refund to show on your statement.
Returned In Used Condition
If we receive your return and upon inspection realize it has signs of use and cannot be resold as new, we will be offering you the following options (depending on the condition):
A. Lightly used: we will accept your return with a restocking fee (10%-20%)
B. Heavily used/damaged: we cannot accept your return and will offer to reship the product to you ($10 re-shipping fee), if you reject our offer, we will charge you a 70% restocking fee and issue the remaining refund.
Item Not Working
- In 99.9% of the time, technical issues can be solved by reading the manual or our FAQ.
- Most persistent issues are due to the car's 12v cigarette lighter port getting deactivated which suspends charging: we can help with suggestions solutions but the issues are not our responsibility.
- If you suspect the item is defective, please contact us within 30 days from delivery. Our team will help troubleshoot your issue to inspect what could be the cause; in the rare case that your item is defective we will replace it for free and cover return and reshipment costs.
- Please remember to indicate in your email what is your indication of the perceived issue so we can best navigate your situation to a smooth resolution.
- If the suspected defective item issue is already beyond our 30-day guarantee window, we will troubleshoot the issue first. If upon investigation a replacement is needed, customer will pay for the reshipping fee and/or replacement cost.
Wrong Product Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us with a photo of the received item(s) and we will arrange an immediate replacement, we will cover all shipping costs.
If you have ordered the wrong charger, in most cases we will be able to replace the adapter only, you will be responsible for potential price differences and the shipping cost (up to $10).
