You indicated that your Charger had the proper Adapter for a 2008 Ferrari F430 Spider and it did not come with the proper Adapter . I sent a request for a proper adapter and have not hear back from anyone??? Please forward the proper one
Sent the wrong charger
Once the car reaches full charge, there is a loud fan that keeps cycling. Its annoying but also seems like something that will wear out in no time. I reached out to the company for help and it took almost a week for someone to call me from their home with what sounded like kids in the background. they said it was normal and to send a video. I have 3 other tenders and none of them make any noise i sent the video last week and no response. I have no faith in this company to address problems or the warranty. hopefully this unit lasts a few years before dying.
