It took 12 days from order to delivery

My order came in incomplete two weeks ago. Sent an email right away. Have not heard back to get the missing parts replaced.

Doesnt work… no response from customer service

I don't drive my M240i on a regular bases. The JMR charger keeps my battery at full charge.

I’ve been trying to contact them for my order which was missing the magnetic connector for my car and I did order the right one. I even mentioned my car make model. I didn’t receive it and I’m trying to contact them that the order is incomplete and it’s been over a week and no reply. I’ve tried emailing them several times. I would not recommend.

You sent me your charger with out rolls Royce connector you never sent me one free charge I ordered second on e and you sent me different make rubbish company

I don’t know why you guys made it like this and I don’t know what country you’re from or any other details

I sent in a 2 star review to see it not complete. It works as bad as the charger, so now 1 star!

Bought a charger and the battery tester for my Aston Martin
Both products work very well. Great value for the price.

I ordered the 2019 and newer Aston Martin Vantage charger. I received an email saying it was out of stock but they could ship me a charger that (according to them) worked perfectly but was opened/in a damaged box now, otherwise I'd have to wait. I replied with a "no thank you" and noted that I would rather wait.

Unfortunately I've now received the incorrect charger. The version I ordered included the magnetic attachment for the exertior port above the license plate. The version I received did not include that magnetic attachment, and instead included alligator clips and a cigarette lighter attachment. I am trying to remedy this with them while I am traveling, but I don't recommend this company given my negative experience. My car lives at a separate home and needs a trickle charger, I am here for the weekend specifically to attach the trickle charger, now I don't have the right trickle charger and am going to have to manage this someone until I get the right charger.

0 Stars. Horrible experience. A joke of a company. Customer service is a joke. Absolutely terrible!

Wrong part delivered, requesting a return and refund. Called multiple times each time leaving VM asking for support. Sent several emails each time asking for support; none of the support requests was returned to me. Absent “support” have initiated a credit card dispute with my bank.
